ज' [उ. ] गोयमा ! सत्त।
[एवं चेव तित्थयरमायरो, पियरो, पढमा सिस्सिणीओ, चक्कवट्टिमायरो, इत्थिरयणं, बलदेवा, ॐ वासुदेवा, वासुदेवमायरो, पियरो, एएसिं पडिसत्तू जहा समवाए णामपरिवाडीए तहा णेयव्वा।] सेवं भंते ! सेवं भंते ! त्ति जाव विहरइ।
॥ पंचम सए : पंचमो उद्देसओ समत्तो ॥ ५. [प्र. ] भगवन् ! जम्बूद्वीप में, इस भारतवर्ष में, इस अवसर्पिणी काल में कितने कुलकर हुए हैं ? [उ. ] गौतम ! (इस अवसर्पिणी काल में) सात कुलकर हुए हैं।
[इसी तरह तीर्थंकरों की माता, पिता, प्रथम शिष्याएँ, चक्रवर्तियों की माताएँ, स्त्रीरत्न, बलदेव, ॐ वासुदेव, वासुदेवों के माता-पिता, प्रतिवासुदेव आदि का कथन जिस प्रकार ‘समवायांगसूत्र' के नाम के
की परिपाटी में किया गया है, उसी प्रकार यहाँ भी कहना चाहिए।]

॥ पंचम शतक : पंचम उद्देशक समाप्त ॥ 5.[Q.] Bhante ! What has been the number of Kulakars (clan-makers) in this Bharatvarsh in Jambudveep during this Avasarpini (regressive E cycle of time)? 9 [Ans.] There have been seven Kulakars (during this Avasarpini).
[In the same way the information about mothers, fathers and first female disciples of Tirthankars; mothers and consorts of Chakravartis; Baladevs, Vasudevs, parents of Vasudevs, Prativasudevs should be quoted as mentioned in the list of names from Samavayanga.] (The list of all these names can also be seen in Bhagavati Sutra, part-1, pp. 461463, published by Agam Prakashan Samiti, Beawar.)
"Bhante ! Indeed that is so. Indeed that is so." With these words... and so on up to... ascetic Gautam resumed his activities.
