13. (Q. 1] Bhante ! Do the infernal beings with transmutable body (vaikriya sharira) living in each one of the infernal abodes in this Ratnaprabha prithvi have inclination of anger (krodhopayukta),
inclination of conceit (maanopayukta), inclination of deceit 卐 (maavopayukta) or inclination of greed (lobhopayukta)? ___[Ans.] Gautam ! Twenty seven alternatives including krodhopayukta
should be stated for them. [2] Same statements should be repeated for Si the other two types of bodies (fiery and karmic).
विवेचन : वैक्रियशरीर-जिस शरीर के प्रभाव से मनचाहा रूप धारण किया जा सकता है, वह वैक्रियशरीर 卐 है। इसके दो भेद हैं-भवधारणीय और उत्तरवैक्रिय। नारकों के भवधारणीय वैक्रियशरीर होता है। तैजसूशरीर
आहार को पचाकर शरीर के अंगों में यथास्थान पहुँचाने वाला तैजस्शरीर है। कार्मणशरीर-राग-द्वेषादि भावों E से शुभाशुभ कर्मवर्गणा के पुद्गलों को संचित करने वाला कार्मणशरीर है। (वृत्ति, पत्रांक ७२) $i Elaboration—Vaikriya Sharira (transmutable body)--the body that
can be transformed to any desired form. This is of two typesbhavadharaniya (incarnation sustaining) and uttar-vaikriya (secondary
transmuted). Infernal beings have incarnation sustaining transmuted 4 body. Taijas sharira (fiery body)—body that is responsible for digestion of 4
food and its assimilation with different parts of the body. Karman sharira (karmic body)-body that acquires and compiles the good and bad karmic particles through the force of passions like attachment and aversion. (Vritti, leaf 72) चौथा : संहनन द्वार FOURTH : SAMHANAN
१४. [प्र. ] इमीसे णं भंते ! रयणप्पभाए पुढवीए जाव नेरइयाणं सरीरगा किं संघयणा पण्णत्ता ?
[उ. ] गोयमा ! छण्हं संघयणाणं असंघयणी, नेवऽट्ठी, नेव छिरा, नेव ण्हारूणि। जे पोग्गला अणिट्ठा अकंता अप्पिया असुभा अमणुण्णा अमणामा ते तेसिं सरीरसंघातत्ताए परिणमंति।
१४. [प्र. ] भगवन् ! इस रत्नप्रभापृथ्वी के प्रत्येक नारकावास में बसने वाले नैरयिकों के शरीरों ॐ का कौन-सा संहनन है ?
[उ. ] गौतम ! उनका शरीर संहननरहित है, अर्थात् उनमें छह संहननों में से कोई भी संहनन नहीं ॐ होता। उनके शरीर में हड्डी, शिरा (नसे) और स्नायु नहीं होती। जो पुद्गल अनिष्ट, अकान्त, अप्रिय,
अशुभ, अमनोज्ञ और अमनोहर हैं, वे पुद्गल नारकों के शरीर-संघातरूप में परिणत होते हैं। 4 14. (Q.) Bhante ! What is said to be the type of Samhanan (body
