Elsewhere it is spelt as पुत्रखर, पुक्खरा = शुण्डाप्रम्, see Puspadanta's Mahāpurāņu, ed. P. L. Vaidya (Bombay 1941), Vol. III, p. 111, Kadavaka II, footnote 11. 290) = a, to stretch, to spread. Note the form fagfe Fut. 2nd. p. sing. 302) met together. Pischel ($ 525) has noted, here however the form is पेच्छिहसि. When we look at the forms जाणिहसि, दीसिहसि, पाविह स, मुश्चिहसि etc. persistently given by one set of Mss., we find that our text allows as well as as the termination of the Fut. 2nd p. sing. 303) Ong and a see Pischels 113. 304) Rather fee for : in the com. 305) There is some repe-tition in the use of both gf and g; the com. has somehow tried to avoid it by taking सदुःखं as an adjective of कुलगृहं.
