सन्धि ३४ करता है - गर्वहीन शील को कौन सम्पादित कर सकता है? कौन शिकारी दया से सेवित हो सकता है? नियमों का त्याग करनेवाली वह मायाविनी पतिव्रता अपने प्रिय के भवन में प्रविष्ट हुई। वहीं पर बताओ कि राजा का प्रसाद हमेशा किसे मिलता है ! घर की आग किसे नहीं जलाती है ! व्यसन से संसार कामिनियों के लिए सुन्दर कुमार ने एक कन्या देखी, जिसे 'भूत' लगा हुआ था। में कौन व्यर्थ नहीं हुआ! असतीजन से संसार में कौन वंचित नहीं हुआ !
घत्ता-इस धरती पर नारियों से वंचित नहीं होते हुए कोई नहीं बचा। भरत और पुष्पदन्त दोनों ने देखा कि लोगों को क्या अच्छा लगता है।।१३ ॥
जितशत्रु और विमलावती देवी की कमलावती नाम की सौभाग्य से युक्त कन्या थी। विद्यासिद्धि करते
समय वह 'भूत' से ग्रस्त हो गयी। अपनी बहनों में आदरणीय उसे मरघट ले आया। जितशत्रु ने सुन्दर कुमार इस प्रकार प्रेसठ महापुरुषों के गुणालंकारों से युक्त महापुराण में महाकवि पुष्पदन्त द्वारा विरचित से प्रार्थना की कि इस त्रिभुवन में जो-जो दु:स्थित है, पीड़ित है उसके लिए आप बन्धु हो। आप इतनी श्री एवं महाभव्य भरत द्वारा अनुमत इस काव्य का विद्याधरीमाया-प्रवंचन नाम का तैंतीसवाँ अध्याय दो और मेरी लड़की के स्वामी बनने की कृपा करो।

Please grant me the favor of becoming the husband of my daughter and bestow upon me the thirty-third chapter of this poem, which is permitted by the great and glorious Bharat, named 'Vidyaadharimaya-Pravanchan'.
