The Forty-Seventh Chapter, the essence of the seven principles, realized and established,
The root cause of the protection of the path of the righteous Dharma-Tirtha. May the great soul, the sustainer of beings, the bull of the Ikshvaku lineage, the bull, bestow upon them the supreme Siddhi of the soul, liberation. ||402|| He who, though the son of Nabhi, is self-born, revered by all the learned,
He who is called the master of the wise, though he has renounced all possessions. He who, though a mediator, is considered a benefactor of the assembly of noble beings,
He who, though devoid of possessions, is served by the wise, may he be for your peace. ||403|| Thus ends the Forty-Seventh Chapter, named the Purana of the First Tirthankara and the First Chakravarti, in the Triṣaṣṭiśalākāpuruṣacaritra, composed by the venerable Gunabhadracharya. ||47|| May the great path of conduct and liberation be seen directly, which has produced the final, complete, and unobscured knowledge, and who was the father of Bharata Chakravarti, the ruler of the entire earth, may the glorious First Tirthankara bestow upon you all prosperity. ||401|| May the great Lord Rishabhanatha, who has directly seen the group of the famous seven principles, and who is the main cause of protecting the path of the appropriate Dharma-Tirtha, the chief of the Ikshvaku lineage, bestow upon the beings of the world the supreme Siddhi of the soul, liberation. ||402|| He who, though the son of Nabhi, is self-born, revered by all the learned,
