The Great Purana, like the moon with its rays, is there with Prabhavati. It is by chance that the association with the virtuous is formed. ||222|| Seeing Gunavati, Priyadatta bowed and asked, "Where is the one with infinite wisdom?" Prabhavati replied, "She has gone to heaven." ||223|| Hearing this, Prabhavati, with tears in her eyes, said, "We were both her eyes." Priyadatta asked, "How did you become so attached to her?" Prabhavati replied, "Do you not remember the pair of pigeons in your house? I am the pigeon named Ratishena." ||224|| Hearing this, Priyadatta was astonished and asked, "Where is that Ratishena now?" Prabhavati replied, "He is the king of the Vidyadharas, Hiranyavarma, and he is here in this very city of Pundarikinya, destroying the enemies of karma." ||225|| Priyadatta went and bowed to the great sage Hiranyavarma. Then, when Prabhavati asked, she told the story of her husband. ||226|| A Vidyadhara named Ratishena, along with his wife Gandhari, came here from the city of Gandhara on Mount Vijayardha to enjoy themselves. ||227|| Gandhari pretended to be bitten by a snake and lay there. Kubera-kanta and the Vidyadharas used many medicines, but Gandhari, with her magical powers, said, "I am not yet cured." ||228||
