________________ ३१० महापुराणम् युक्तं परमपिलिङगेन भागीभवपदं भवेत । परमेन्द्रादिलिङगादिभागी भवपदं परम ॥१५४॥ एवं परमराज्यादि परमार्हन्त्यादि च क्रमात् । युक्तं परमनिर्वाणपदेन च शिखापवम् ॥१५॥ चूणिः-परमनिस्तारकलिङ्गभागी भव, परषि लिङगभागी भव, परमेन्द्र लिङ्गभागी भव, परमराज्यलिङगभागी भव, परमाहंन्त्यलिङगभागी भव, परमनिर्वाणलिङगभागी भव, (इत्यपनीतिक्रियामन्त्रः) मन्त्रणानेन शिष्यस्य कृत्वा संस्कारमादितः । निविकारेण वस्त्रेण कुदिनं सवाससम् ॥१५६॥ कौपीनाच्छादनं चैनम् अन्तर्वासे न कारयेत् । मौजीबन्धमतः कुर्याद् अनुबद्धत्रिमेलकम् ॥१५७॥ सूत्र गणधरैब्ध व्रतचिह्न नियोजयत् । मन्त्रपूतमतो यज्ञोपवीती स्यादसौ द्विजः ॥१५॥ जात्येव ब्राह्मणः पवम् इदानों व्रतसंस्कृतः । द्विर्जातो द्विज इत्येवं रूढिमास्तिनुते' गुणः ॥१५॥ देयान्यणुवतान्यस्म गुरुसाक्षि यथाविधिः । गुणशीलानुगैश्चैनं संस्कुर्याद् व्रतजातकः ॥१६॥ ततोऽतिबालविद्यादीनि योगादस्य निर्दिशेत् । दत्वोपासकाध्ययनं नामापि चरणोचितम् ॥१६॥ ततोऽयं कृतसंस्कारः सिद्धार्चनपुरःसरम् । यथाविधानमाचार्यपूजां कर्यादतः परम् ॥१६२॥ तस्मिन्दिने प्रविष्टस्य भिक्षार्थ जातिवेश्मसु । योऽर्थलाभः स देयः स्याद् उपाध्यायाय सावरम् ॥१६३॥ सबसे पहले 'परमनिस्तारकलिङगभागी भव' (तू उत्कृष्ट आचार्यके चिह्नोंको धारण करनेवाला हो), फिर 'परमर्षिलिङगभागी भव' (परमऋषियोंके चिह्नको धारण करनेवाला हो) और 'परमेन्द्रलिङ्गभागी भव' (परम इन्द्रपदके चिह्नोंको धारण करनेवाला हो) ये मन्त्र बोलना चाहिये । इसी प्रकार अनुक्रमसे परम राज्य, परमार्हन्त्य और परम निर्वाण पदको 'लिङगभागी भव' पदसे युक्तकर परमराज्यलिङगभागी भव' (परमराज्यके चिह्नोंको धारण करनेवाला हो), 'परमार्हन्त्यलिङगभागी भव' (उत्कृष्ट अरहन्तदेवके चिह्नोंको धारण करनेवाला हो) और 'परमनिर्वाणलिङगभागी भव' (परमनिर्वाणके चिह्नोंका धारक हो) ये मन्त्र बना लेना चाहिये। __ संग्रह-'परमनिस्तारकलिङ्गभागी भव, परमर्षिलिङगभागी भव, परमेन्द्र लिङगभागी भव, परमराज्यलिङगभागी भव, परमार्हन्त्यलिङगभागी भव, परमनिर्वाणलिङगभागी भव' । इन मन्त्रोंसे प्रथम ही शिष्यका संस्कार कर उसे विकाररहित वस्त्रके द्वारा वस्त्रसहित करना चाहिये अर्थात साधारण वस्त्र पहिनाना चाहिये ।।१५६॥ इसे वस्त्रके भीतर लँगोटी देनी चाहिये और उसपर तीन लड़की बनी हुई मूंजकी रस्सी बाँधनी चाहिये ॥१५७॥ तदनन्तर गणधरदेवके द्वारा कहा हुआ, व्रतोंका चिह्नस्वरूप और मन्त्रोंसे पवित्र किया हुआ सूत्र अर्थात् यज्ञोपवीत धारण कराना चाहिये । यज्ञोपवीत धारण करनेपर वह बालक द्विज कहलाने लगता है ॥१५८॥ पहले तो वह केवल जन्मसे ही ब्राह्मण था और अब व्रतोंसे संस्कृत होकर दूसरी बार उत्पन्न हुआ है इसलिये दो बार उत्पन्न होनेरूप गुणोंसे वह द्विज ऐसी रूढ़िको प्राप्त होता है ॥१५९॥ उस समय उस पुत्रके लिये विधिके अनुसार गुरुकी साक्षीपूर्वक अणुव्रत देना चाहिये और गुणव्रत तथा शिक्षाव्रत रूपशीलसे सहित व्रतोंके समुहसे उसका संस्कार करना चाहिये । भावार्थ-उसे पाँच अणुव्रत, तीन गुणव्रत और चार शिक्षावत इस प्रकार व्रत और शील देकर उसके संस्कार अच्छे बनाना चाहिये ॥१६०।। तदनन्तर गुरु उसे उपासकाध्ययन पढ़ाकर और चारित्रके योग्य उसका नाम रखकर अतिबाल विद्या आदिका नियोगरूपसे उपदेश दे ॥१६१। इसके बाद जिसका संस्कार किया जा चुका है ऐसा वह पुत्र सिद्ध भगवान् की पूजा कर फिर विधिके अनुसार अपने आचार्यकी पूजा करे ॥१६२॥ उस दिन उस पुत्रको १ वस्त्रस्यान्तः । २ त्रिगुणात्मकम् । ३ ब्रह्मसूत्रम् । ४ प्राप्नोति। ५ समूहैः। ६ वक्ष्यमारणान्। Jain Education International For Private & Personal Use Only www.jainelibrary.org
