## Chapter 260: The Mahapurana
**225.** The Supreme Goddess, the Mother of the Universe, the Great Goddess, the Great One, the Worthy, the Auspicious, is known as Jinambika.
**226.** The Goddesses residing in the Kulachala mountains are Shri, Hri, Buddhi, Dhriti, Kirti, and Lakshmi. These six are known as Jinamatrikas, the ones who serve the Jin.
**227-228.** After birth, the Indra, having arrived, perform the Abhisheka (consecration) of the Lord on the summit of Mount Meru with the pure waters of the Milky Ocean. This is the Mandara Abhisheka of the Supreme Being. This act is well-known, therefore, it is not elaborated upon here.
**229.** This is the fortieth Mandara Abhisheka. After this, the Lord, being independent and self-born, receives the teachings of knowledge. He attains the worship of the Guru without being a disciple, meaning he becomes the Guru of all without being anyone's disciple.
**230.** At that time, the Indras, having arrived, worship the Lord, the protector, the Guru of the three worlds, being amazed that he is accepted as a deity even though he is unlearned.
**231.** This is the forty-first Guru Puja. After this, during his childhood, he attains the position of Yuvaraja (crown prince). At that time, the great and powerful Lord is adorned with the royal insignia and consecrated.
**232.** This is the forty-second Yuvarajya. After this, the Lord, having been consecrated as the King of Kings, rules over the earth, extending to the ocean, without being subject to anyone's rule.
**233.** This is the forty-third Swarajya. After this, he receives the Chakra (wheel) upon obtaining treasures and jewels. At that time, he is worshipped by his own nature, and he is consecrated as the Emperor.
**224.** This is the forty-ninth Hiranyotkrista Janma. This name signifies the excellence of birth, as it is indicated by the rain of gold.
