## Thirty-Second Chapter
127. The celestial leaders praised him, and the celestial nymphs and birds of the sky increased his glory. || 162 ||
Encouraged further by the gods, he continued his victorious campaign, and went towards the Ganga-paat (where the Ganga River flows from the Himalayas), as if called by its sound. || 163 ||
The tiny droplets of water, splashing from the falling Ganga, mingled with the drops of musk from the elephants of the kings, as if they were playing Holi (a festival of colors) with each other. || 164 ||
His curiosity heightened by the swirling currents of the falling Ganga water, he was welcomed by the Ganga Devi, who held an offering of water at the Ganga-paat. || 165 ||
She seated him on a throne facing the east, and then anointed him with the cool, auspicious waters of the Ganga, which shone like the rays of the moon. || 166 ||
After completing the auspicious ceremony, filled with the sounds of music, blessings, and trumpets, the victorious Bharata received all the ornaments from the Ganga Devi. || 167 ||
Then, the Ganga Devi presented him with a throne, whose radiance filled the sky, and which resembled the peak of Mount Meru, adorned with a rainbow. || 168 ||
And then, saying, "May you, O Bharata, who are always growing, continue to grow, live long, and be happy," she disappeared, having been dismissed by Bharata. || 169 ||
Accompanied by his army and the kings of many lands, he followed the banks of the Ganga, served by the winds carrying the droplets of the Ganga water. || 170 ||
The winds of the forest, coming from behind, made the king comfortable in his encampment near the forests on the banks of the Ganga. || 171 ||
