The Thirty-Second Chapter
121. O Dev, cast your gracious and playful gaze upon us, for the happiness of the master is the livelihood of the servants. 100. O Master, you are worthy of honoring us with proper instructions, for servants consider receiving your instructions to be far greater than receiving livelihood (salary). 101. Thus, praising the words of that Dev, Bharat honored all those excellent Devs, brought them under his control, and dismissed them. 102. At that time, the Kinnara Devs, with their voices rising and falling at will, were singing auspicious songs in the groves of that mountain, proclaiming that Bharat had conquered Himavan. 103. At that time, the wind of that Himavan forest was gently blowing, repeatedly shaking the garments covering the breasts of the Kinnara women and breaking the waves of the lakes. 104. The saffron dust, raised from the forest of the terrestrial lotuses, was spreading all around, and the cool wind, coming from the groves of the Himavan mountain, was serving Maharaja Bharat. 105. Bharat's fame, acquired from conquering the directions, was spreading in the groves of the Himavan mountain, along with the goddess of victory, like the terrestrial lotuses. 106. Seeing all around in the regions of the Himavan mountain, Bharat was very pleased, for those who had performed the act of offering flowers, were like terrestrial lotuses in their voices. 107. That Himavan mountain was just like Bharat, for just as Bharat was of high character (noble conduct), so was that mountain very high; just as Bharat had encompassed all directions with his brilliance, so had that mountain encompassed all directions with its expanse; just as Bharat possessed excellent destiny (future), so did that mountain possess length; and just as Bharat possessed many treasures, so did that mountain possess many treasures.
