The great Purana, like a door with its bolt removed, emitted heat. The mountain, like a king, shone, having taken a breath after a long time. ||125||
A great sound arose from the opening of the doors, like the roar of a mountain struck by a thunderbolt. ||126||
The heat of the cave did not touch him, who was driven far away by the swift steed, the Ashvaratna, and protected by the gods. ||127||
The glances of the celestial women fell upon him, like showers of flowers from the sky, resembling the laughter of victory. ||128||
He, with his steps, crossed the platform of the silver mountain, and reached the western forest platform of the Sindhu, with its torana. ||129||
Crossing that platform, he entered the other world, adorned with various mines, cities, villages, boundaries, and gardens. ||130||
As soon as he entered, the people of that land were filled with fear, and some, along with their wives and cattle, prepared to flee. ||131||
Some wise and courageous men, with offerings of sacred rice and other things, went to meet the powerful commander with their armies and honored him. ||132||
"Do not fear, do not fear, stay as you please," the servants of the Chakravarti reassured the people, going around everywhere. ||133||
The commander, who held the unbroken command, circumambulated the Mlechchha land, and at every place, he received the acceptance of the Mlechchha kings. ||134||
He also taught the Mlechchha kings, "This is the land of the Chakravarti, and he, the famous Chakravarti, is near. Therefore, you all, with your armies, hasten to serve him." ||135||
"Bharata, the first king of this age, the Chakravarti, whose command is never broken, you all should hold his command on your heads," he instructed them. ||136||
