७-१. [प्र.] भगवन् ! समर्द्धिक (समान शक्ति वाला) देव समर्द्धिक देव के बीच में से फ़ होकर जा सकता है?
[उ.] गौतम! यह अर्थ समर्थ नहीं है; परन्तु यदि वह (दूसरा समर्द्धिक देव) प्रमत्त (असावधान) हो तो (बीचोंबीच होकर) जा सकता है।
7-1. [Q.] Bhante ! Can a god with equal power pass through a god with same power ?
[Ans.] Gautam ! This statement is not correct. However, if the other god is in stupor (not alert) he can pass through.
७-२. [प्र.] से णं भंते ! किं विमोहित्ता पभू, अविमोहित्ता पभू? [उ.] गोयमा ! विमोहित्ता पभू, नो अविमोहित्ता पभू।
७-२. [प्र.] भगवन् ! क्या वह देव, उस (सामने वाले समर्द्धिक देव) को विमोहित ॐ करके जा सकता है या विमोहित किये बिना जा सकता है?
[उ.] गौतम! वह देव, सामने वाले समर्द्धिक देव को विमोहित करके जा सकता है, ॐ विमोहित किये बिना नहीं जा सकता।
! 7-2. (Q.) Bhante ! Can that god pass through the other god by 41 entrancing him or without entrancing him ?
[Ans.] Gautam ! He can pass through only by entrancing him and 卐 not without entrancing him. ___७-३. [प्र.] से भंते ! किं पुचि विमोहित्ता पच्छा वीइवएज्जा? पुवि वीइवइत्ता पच्छा विमोहेज्जा?
__[उ.] गोयमा! पुट्विं विमोहित्ता पच्छा वीइवएज्जा, नो पुट्विं वीइवइत्ता पच्छा ॐ विमोहेज्जा।
७-३. [प्र.] भगवन् ! क्या वह देव, उस देव को पहले विमोहित करके बाद में जाता 卐 है, या पहले जाकर बाद में विमोहित करता है?
[उ.] गौतम! वह देव, पहले उसे विमोहित करता है और बाद में जाता है, परन्तु पहले जाकर बाद में विमोहित नहीं करता है।
7-3. (Q.) Bhante ! Does that god first entrance the other god and then pass through or does he first pass through and then entrance ?
[Ans.] Gautam ! That god first entrances the other god and then passes through, and does not first pass through and then entrance.
