३. तत्थ णं कोसंबीए नयरीए सहस्साणीयस्स रण्णो सुण्हा, सयाणीयस्स रण्णो 卐 भज्जा, चेडगस्स रण्णो धूया, उदयणस्स रण्णो माया, जयंतीए समणोवासियाए भाउज्जा ॐ मियावई नामं देवी होत्था। सुकुमाल. जाव सुरूवा समणोवासिया जाव विहरइ। [ [३] उसी कौशाम्बी नगरी में सहस्रानीक राजा की पुत्रवधू, शतानीक राजा की पत्नी, म चेटक राजा की पुत्री, उदयन राजा की माता, जयन्ती श्रमणोपासिका की भौजाई (भाभी), 卐 मृगावती नामक देवी थी। वह सुकुमाल हाथ-पैर वाली, यावत् सुरूपा श्रमणोपासिका यावत् भी विचरण करती थी।

४. तत्थ णं कोसंबीए नयरीए सहस्साणीयस्स रण्णो धूया, सयाणीयस्स रण्णो म भगिणी, उदयणस्स रण्णो पिउच्छा, मियावईए देवीए नणंदा, वेसालीसावयाणं अरहंताणं ॐ पुव्वसेज्जायरी जयंती नाम समणोवासिया होत्था। सुकुमाल. जाव सुरूवा अभिगय ॐ जाव विहरइ।
[४] उसी कौशाम्बी नगरी में सहस्रानीक राजा की पुत्री, शतानीक राजा की बहिन, उदयन राजा की बूआ, मृगावती देवी की ननन्द और वैशालिक (त्रिशला के पुत्र अर्थात्
भगवान महावीर) के श्रावक-आर्हतों (अर्हन्त वचनों को सुनने-सुनाने वाले अर्थात् साधुओं) 卐 की पूर्व (प्रथम) शय्यातरा ‘जयन्ती' नाम की श्रमणोपासिका थी। वह सुकुमाल यावत् सुरूपा और जीवाजीवादि तत्त्वों की ज्ञाता यावत् विचरती थी।
