४४९ - सुविही पुप्फदंते णं अरहा एगं धणुसयं उड्डुं उच्चत्तेणं होत्था।
पासे णं अरहा पुरिसादाणीए एक्कं वाससयं सव्वाउयं पालइत्ता सिद्धे बुद्धे जाव सव्वदुक्खप्पहीणे। एवं थेरे वि अज्जसुहम्मे ।
सुविधि पुष्पदन्त अर्हत् की ऊँचाई सौ धनुष थी ।
पुरुषादानीय पार्श्व अर्हत् एक सौ वर्ष की समग्र आयु भोगकर सिद्ध-बुद्ध हुए। वे कर्मों से मुक्त हुए और परिनिर्वाण को प्राप्त हुए । अन्ततोगत्वा वे सर्व दुःखों से रहित हो गए ।
इसी प्रकार स्थविर आर्य सुधर्मा भी सौ वर्ष की आयुभोग कर सिद्ध-बुद्ध हुए। वे भी कर्मों से मुक्त होकर परिनिर्वाण को प्राप्त हुए और अन्ततोगत्वा सर्व दुःखों से रहित हो गए ।
The height of Arihant Suvidhi Pushpdanta was one hundred Dhanush (Bows). Enjoying the total age of one hundred years the supreme among human beings Arihant Parshvanath attained salvation. He got liberation from his accumulated karmas and attained Parinirvana. Ultimately he became devoid of all miseries and sufferings. Likewise the senior ascetic (sthavir) Arya Sudharma became liberated after enjoying the age of one hundred years. He also getting liberation from all his karmas got Parinirvana and eventually became devoid of all miseries and sufferings.
४५० - सव्वे विणं दीहवेयड्डूपव्वया एगमेगं गाउयसयं उड्डुं उच्चत्तेणं पण्णत्ता । सव्वेवि णं चुल्लहिमवंत - सिहरीवासहरपव्वया एगमेगं जोयणसयं उड्डुं उच्चत्तेणं पण्णत्ता । एगमेगं गाउयसयं उव्वेहेणं पण्णत्ता । संव्वे वि णं कंचणगपव्वया एगमेगं जोयणसयं उडूं उच्चत्तेणं पण्णत्ता । एगमेगं गाउयसयं उव्वेहेणं पण्णत्ता । एगमेगं जोयणसयं मूले विक्खंभेणं पण्णत्ता ।
समस्त दीर्घ वैताढ्य पर्वतों की ऊँचाई एक-एक सौ गव्यूति यानि कोश कही गई है । समस्त क्षुल्लक हिमवन्त-शिखरी वर्षधर पर्वत एक-एक सौ योजन ऊँचे हैं। तथा ये समस्त वर्षधर पर्वत सौ-सौ गव्यूति उद्वेध (भूमि में अवगाह) वाले हैं। समस्त कांचनक पर्वत एक-एक सौ योजन ऊँचे हैं तथा वे सौ-सौ गव्यूति उद्वेध यानि भूमि में अवगाह वाले और मूल में एक-एक सौ योजन विष्कम्भ वाले हैं।
The heights, of all the long Vaitadhya Mountains have been said of one hundred gavyuti or kosh (Indian measurement unit). All the Kshulak Himvant and Shikhari Varshidhar mountains are hundred yojanas high. All these Varshdhar Mountains are buried into this earth up to one hundred kosa. All the Kanchan Mountains are of one hundred yojans high respectively and there all are buried into the earth equal to one hundred kosha and at the roots the expensive has been said of one hundred yojana respectively.
