४३३-वायुकुमाराणं छण्णउई भवणावाससयसहस्सा पण्णत्ता। वायुकुमार देवों के छयानवें लाख आवास कहे गए हैं। The residences of Vayu Kumar gods have been stated as ninety six lacs.
४३४-ववहारिए णं दंडे छण्णउई अंगुलाई अंगुलमाणेणं। एवं धणू नालिया जुगे अक्खे मुसले वि हु।
व्यावहारिक दण्ड अंगुल के माप से छयानवें अंगुल-प्रमाण होता है। इसी प्रकार धनुष, नालिका, युग, अक्ष और मूशल भी जानना चाहिए।
According to the measurement through fingers the measurement of a common stick is equal to ninety six fingers. In the same way the measurement of Dhanush, Nalika, Yuga, Aksh and Mushal also should be known. .
४३५-अभितरओ आइमुहुत्ते छण्णउइ अंगुलच्छाए पण्णत्ते।
आभ्यन्तर मण्डल पर सूर्य के संचार करते समय आदि (प्रथम) मुहूर्त छयानवें अंगुल की छाया वाला कहा गया है।
At the time of sun's movement over the inner orbit the first muhurat has been said when shadow is ninety six fingers.

The Ninety Seventh Samvaya ४३६-मंदरस्स णं पव्वयस्स पच्चच्छिमिल्लाओ चरमंताओ गोथुभस्स णं आवासपव्वयस्स पच्चच्छिमिल्ले चरमंते एस णं सत्ताणउइजोयणसहस्साइं अबाहाए अंतरे पण्णत्ते। एवं चउदिसिं पि। ___मन्दर पर्वत के पश्चिमी चरमान्त भाग से गोस्तुभ आवास-पर्वत का पश्चिमी चरमान्त भाग सत्तानवें | हजार योजन अन्तर वाला कहा गया है। इसी प्रकार चारों ही दिशाओं में जानना चाहिए।
