बासठवां समवाय
The Sixty Second Samvaya ३१७-पंच संवच्छरिए णं जुगे वासद्धिं पुन्निमाओ वासढि अमावसओ पण्णत्ताओ। पंचसांवत्सरिक युग में पूर्णिमाएँ व अमावस्याएँ बासठ-बासठ कही गई हैं।
In the epoch consisting of five years (panch samvatsar) the full moon nights and full dark nights have been said to be sixty two-sixty two in numbers.
३१८-वासुपुजस्स णं अरहओ वासष्टुिं गणा, वासढेि गणहरा होत्था। वासुपूज्य अर्हन् के गणों और गणधरों की संख्या बासठ-बासठ कही गई है।
The number of ascetic groups and heads of the ascetic group of Arihant Vasupujya has been stated to be sixty two each. ___ ३१९-सुक्कपक्खस्स णं चंदे वासद्धिं भागे दिवसे दिवसे परिवड्डइ। ते चेव बहुलपक्खे दिवसे-दिवसे परिहायइ।
शुक्ल पक्ष में चन्द्रमा दिन-दिन अर्थात् प्रतिदिन बासठवें भाग प्रमाण एक-एक कला से बढ़ता है तथा कृष्ण पक्ष में चन्द्रमा प्रतिदिन उतना ही घटता है।
In the bright fortnight the moon moves, increases, ahead daily equal to sixty two parts of one-one digit (kala) and the moon decreases daily as same in the dark fortnight.
३२०-सोहम्मीसाणेसु कप्पेसु पढमे पत्थडे पढमावलियाए एगमेगाए दिसाए वासटुिं विमाणा पण्णत्ता। सव्वे वेमाणियाणं वासद्धिं विमाणपत्थडा पत्थडग्गेणं पण्णत्ता।
दो कल्पों-सौधर्मकल्प और ईशानकल्प में पहले प्रस्तट में पहली आवलिका या श्रेणी में एकएक दिशा में बासठ-बासठ विमानावास कहे गए हैं। समस्त वैमानिक विमान-प्रस्तट प्रस्तटों की गणना से बासठ कहे गए हैं।
In two heavens (kalpas) i.e. Sodharma kalpa and Ishankalpa in the first row in the first wing, in each direction the number of residential celestial vehicles have been said as sixty two respectively. According to the counting of Vimans wings and rows the entire celestial vehicles have been said sixty two in numbers.
