परित्याग करता है अथवा करने वाले का समर्थन करता है। 70. जो भिक्षु जल-मार्ग में, जलपथ में, जलाशय के तीर पर, जलस्थान पर मल-मूत्र का परित्याग १
करता है अथवा करने वाले का समर्थन करता है। 71. जो भिक्षु शून्य गृह में, शून्य शाला में, टूटे घर में, टूटी शाला में, कूटागार में, कोष्ठागार में पूरे
मल-मूत्र का परित्याग करता है अथवा करने वाले का समर्थन करता है। 72. जो भिक्षु तृण गृह में, तृणशाला में, तुस गृह में, तुसशाला में, भुस गृह में, भुसशाला में मल-मूत्र र
का परित्याग करता है अथवा करने वाले का समर्थन करता है। 73. जो भिक्षु यानशाला में, यानगृह में, वाहनशाला में, वाहनगृह में मल-मूत्र का परित्याग करता है और
अथवा करने वाले का समर्थन करता है। 74. जो भिक्षु विक्रयशाला में या विक्रयगृह में, परिव्राजकशाला में या परिव्राजक गृह में, चूना आदि र
बनाने की शाला में या गृह में मल-मूत्र का परित्याग करता है अथवा करने वाले का समर्थन र
करता है। 75. जो भिक्षु बैल शाला में या बैल गृह में, महाकुल में या महागृह में मल-मूत्र का परित्याग करता है घर
अथवा करने वाले का समर्थन करता है। (उसे लघुचौमासी प्रायश्चित्त आता है।) 7. The ascetic who relieves excreta and urine in Dharam Shala, Garden, Gathapati
clan or in the Ashram of a hermit or supports the ones who does so. The ascetic who discards the excreta and urine in the garden, garden-house, garden site, out skirt of the city, houses out of city, the resting place built out of the town or
supports the ones who does so. 69. The ascetic who 'excretes or urinates at platform, terrace, charika, fence, gate and
shades or supports he ones who does so. 70. The ascetic who excretes and urinates in water ways, at the bank of a pond, at
water sites or supports the ones who does so. 71. The ascetic who excretes and urinates in the silhouettes, empty Shala, ruined houses,
ruined Shala, grain stores, warehouses or supports the ones who does so. 72. The ascetic who relieves excreta and urine in straw stores, empty shala, husk store, &
husk shala, chaff store, chaff shala, or supports the ones who does so. . The ascetic who relieves excreta and urine in ship yard, garage, transport depot,
vehicles site or supports the ones who does so. 74. The ascetic who relieves excreta and urine a tselling site, auction site, hermit
hut, or the house of a hermit, lime making furnace site or supports the one who does so.
