किसी धर्म से सम्बन्धित नहीं हो सकती । मार्शल के अनुसार जैन स्थल तक्षशिला का स्तूप जिसको इतिहासकार 'दो सिरोंवाला बाज मन्दिर' ‘Shrine of the double Headed Eagle' कहते हैं, बेबीलोन के प्राचीन बाज प्रतीक से मेल खाता है ।
