1. Missing in the MS., might have been added by a separate hand which is illegible in the MS.
2. MS. leaf slightly damaged on sides, letters not legible. 3. MS. omits this, added by us.
4. An analysis of the subject-matter of the third leaf of the first plate suggests that in the photograph the obverse and the reverse of this leaf have been mistaken for each other. Hence, fo. IA.3 should be taken as IB.3 and vice versa.
5. About half of the leaf [1-3 ( i ) ] has been broken, hence missing in the photograph. The portion reconstructed has been supplied by us (in square brackets).
