योगशास्त्र पंचम प्रकाश श्लोक १५२ से १६३ लेप किया हुआ, गले में लाल रंग की माला पहने हुए और लाल रंग के वस्त्र पहनकर गधे पर चढ़कर
दक्षिणदिशा की ओर जाता हुआ देखता है, उसकी छह महीने में मृत्यु होती है ।।१५१।। ।६१४। घण्टानादो रतान्ते चेद्, अकस्मादनुभूयते । पञ्चता पञ्चमास्यन्ते तदा भवति निश्चितम् ॥१५२॥ अर्थ :- जिसको विषय सेवन करने के बाद अकस्मात् ही शरीर में घंटे की आवाज सुनायी दे तो निश्चय ही उसकी
पांच मास के अंत में मृत्यु होगी ।।१५२।। तथा।६१५। शिरोवेगात् समारूह्य, कृकलासो व्रजन् यदि । दध्याद् वर्णत्रयं पञ्चमास्यन्ते मरणं तदा ॥१५३।। अर्थ :- जिस व्यक्ति के सिर पर कदाचित कोई गिरगिट तेजी से चढ जाये और जाते समय तीन बार रंग बदले
तो, उस व्यक्ति की मृत्यु पांच मास के अंत में होती है। ।६१६।वक्रीभवति नासा चेद्, वर्तुलीभवती दृशौ । स्व-स्थानाद् भ्रश्यतः कर्णो, चातुर्मास्यां तदा मृति।।१५४॥ अर्थ :- यदि किसी मनुष्य की नाक टेढ़ी हो जाय, आंखें गोल हो जाये और कान आदि अन्य अंग अपने स्थान
से भ्रष्ट या शिथिल हो जाये तो उसकी चार महीने में मृत्यु होती है ।।१५४।। ।६१७। कृष्णं कृष्णपरीवारं लोहदण्डधरं नरम् । यदा स्वप्ने निरीक्षेत, मृत्युर्मासैस्त्रिभिस्तदा ॥१५५।। ___ अर्थ :- यदि स्वप्न में काले रंग का काले परिवार वाला और लोहदंडधारी मनुष्य दिखायी दे तो उसकी मृत्यु तीन
- महीने में होती है ॥१५५।। ।६१८। इन्दुमुष्णं रविं शीतं, छिद्रं भूमौ रवावपि । जिह्वां श्यामां मुखं कोकनदाभं च यदेक्षते ॥१५६॥ ।६१९। तालुकम्पो मनःशोको, वर्णोऽङ्गेऽनेकधा यदा। नाभेश्चाकस्मिकी हिक्का मृत्युर्मासद्वयात् तदा।।१५७।। अर्थ :- यदि किसी को चंद्रमा उष्ण, सूर्य ठंडा, पृथ्वी और सूर्यमण्डल में छिद्र दिखायी दे, अपनी जीभ काली,
मुख लालकमल के समान दिखायी दे; और जिसके तालु में कंपन हो, निष्कारण मन में शोक हो, शरीर में अनेक प्रकार के रंग पैदा होने लगे और नाभिकमल से अकस्मात् हिचकी उठे तो उसकी मृत्यु दो मास
में हो जाती है ॥१५६-१५७॥ ।६२०। जिह्वा नास्वादमादत्ते मुहुः स्खलति भाषणे। श्रोते न शृणुतः शब्दं, गन्धं वेत्ति न नासिका ॥१५८।। ६२१। स्पन्देते नयने नित्यं, दृष्टवस्तुन्यपि भ्रमः । नक्तमिन्द्रधनुः पश्येत्, तथोल्कापतनं दिवा ॥१५९॥ ।६२२। न च्छायामात्मनः पश्येद् दर्पणे सलिलेऽपि वा। अनब्दां विद्युतं पश्येत् शिरोऽकस्मादपि ज्वलेत् ॥१६०॥ ।६२३। हंस-काक-मयूराणां, पश्येच्च क्वापि संहतिम् । शीतोष्णखरमृद्वादेरपि, स्पर्श न वेत्ति च ॥१६१।। ६२४। अमीषां लक्ष्मणां मध्याद्, यदैकमपि दृश्यते । जन्तोर्भवति मासेन, तदा मृत्युर्न संशयः ॥१६२।। अर्थ :- यदि किसी की जीभ स्वाद को न पहचान सकती हो, बोलते समय बार-बार लड़खड़ाती हो, कानों से
शब्द न सुनायी देता हो और नासिका गंध को न जान पाती हो, नेत्र हमेशा फड़कते रहें, देखी हुई वस्तु में भी भ्रम उत्पन्न होने लगे, रात में इंद्रधनुष देखे, दिन में उल्कापात दिखायी दे; दर्पण में अथवा पानी में अपनी आकृति दिखाई न दे, बादल न होने पर भी बिजली दिखायी दे और अकस्मात् मस्तक में जलन हो जाये; हंसों, कौओं और मयूरों का झुंड कहीं भी दिखायी दे, वायु के ठंडे, गर्म, कठोर या कोमल स्पर्श का ज्ञान भी नष्ट हो जाये। इन सभी लक्षणों में से कोई भी एक लक्षण दिखायी दे तो उस मनुष्य
की निःसंदेह एक महीने में मृत्यु हो जाती है ।।१५८-१६२।। ||६२५। शीते हकारे फुत्कारे, चोष्णे स्मृतिगतिक्षये । अङ्गपञ्चकशैत्ये च, स्याद् दशाहेन पञ्चता ॥१६३॥

If someone's tongue cannot taste, their speech stumbles repeatedly, they cannot hear sounds, and their nose cannot smell; if their eyes constantly twitch, they experience confusion even when looking at objects, they see a rainbow at night and a meteor shower during the day; if they cannot see their own reflection in a mirror or water, they see lightning without thunder, and their head suddenly burns; if they see a flock of swans, crows, and peacocks somewhere, and they cannot feel the touch of cold, hot, rough, or soft; then if any one of these signs appears, that person will undoubtedly die within a month. ||158-162||
