________________ [ * ] स चार्दोऽपि स्यादित्याह - रूढः शुष्कः । गूढः कथमप्युद्वेष्टयितुमशक्योऽ तिप्रचयमापन्नः । यथैवंभूतो द्रव्यग्रन्थिदुर्भेदो भवति, एवं रागद्वेषोदयपरिणामोऽप्यसौ दुर्भेदो भवति । अतो ग्रन्थिरिव ग्रन्धिर्व्यपदिश्यत इति ॥ After the arrival at ग्रंथिस्थान, [44 10-33] the soul goes to snap it in the following ways or at times he is also not able to snap it and get the path of सम्यक्त्व ( वि. आ. १२१६ ): उवएसओ सयं वा लहइ पह कोइ न लहई कोइ । थियाणं पत्तो सम्मत्तपहं तहा भव्वो || The gathas cited for the अपूर्वकरण and अनिवर्तिकरण from विं. त्रिं. VI 6-8 (Ed. Prof. K. V. Abhyankar) = वि. आ. 1194 with the last line different; 1202; 1203. To clear them, I give the trans. of 1202, 1203 ( 1194 being already partially translated ). "" "" The s have three thought-activities (i. e ways ) यथाप्रवृत्तिकरण, अपूर्वकरण and अनिवर्तिकरण; the अभव्य has only one i. e. यथाप्रवृत्तिकरण. करण = परिणाम i. e. the thought-activity. (1202) यथाप्रवृत्तकरण is upto ग्रंथिस्थान; the second अपूर्वकरण helps to snap off कर्मप्रन्थि; the third अनिवर्तिकरण brings the भव्य before सम्यक्त्वदर्शन, ” ( 1203 ) The threefold division of मिथ्यात्वादि कर्मदोष that gets divided into three parts with the aid of अपूर्वकरण ( See. Notes स. क. P. 143 ) is according to वि. आ. 1218 & 1220. I cite वि. भा. 1220. 66
