pressure of wind which is perception (mati) which in its turn is rendered dirty by a non-ending misery (mahecchā). It is white only to the extent to which there is hope and hankering for what is yet to be attained. It is covered by a good-looking foam (consisting of infamy and disrespect). The worldly ocean has big whirls of attachment. They create circular movements of water which are the experiences. Thus the water of misery is visible, circling, restless, moving up and falling down. Inside the water, there are terrible and extremely wicked aquatics in the form of delusion. Being incessantly disturbed by the rise and fall of water, living beings in the ocean incessantly cry. Thus with (risirg and) falling current of water which is misery, aquatics which are delusion and the groan of wounded worldly beings; the worldly ocean is full of great noise which emits a terrific sound.
अण्णाण - भमंत - मच्छ-परिहत्य - अणिहुतिंदिय-महामगर-तुरिअ चरिअ - खोखुब्भमाण - नच्चंत -चवल-चंचल - चलंतं-घुम्मंत-जलसमूह अरति-भय-विसाय-सोग-मिच्छत्त-सेल-संकडं अणाइ-संताण-कम्मबंधणकिलेस-चिक्खिल्ल-सुदुत्तारं । .
__ इस संसार-सागर में अज्ञान रूप घूमते हुए मत्स्य हैं, अनुपशान्त इन्द्रिय समह रूप बड़े-बड़े मगरमच्छ हैं, ये त्वरापूर्वक हलन-चलन करते हैं, जिससे दुःख रूप जल उछल रहा है, क्षुब्ध हो रहा है, नृत्य-सा कर रहा है, चपलता एवं चंचलता पूर्वक चल रहा है, घूम रहा है। यह संसार रूप समुद्र, अरति-संयम में अभिरुचि का अभाव, भय, विषाद, शोक, मिथ्यात्व रूप पर्वतों से व्याप्त है। यह ( भव सागर ) अनादिकालीन प्रवाह वाले कर्म बन्धन और तत्प्रसूत क्लेश रूप कर्दम ( कीचड़ ) के कारण अति ही दुस्तर-दुर्ल घ्य है।
