-इहेव ताव अहं...एत्थ वि ते चेव अट्ठ आलावगा भाणियव्वा जाव...णो विराहए।
The same eight statements will apply if some lapse has been committed by a monk on his way to depositing his excreta, or on his exodus from one place to another, and he has a reaction, and all that as aforesaid. Then, he is steadfast, not non-steadfast. Likewise the same eight, when he is wandering from village to village, till he is steadfast, not non-steadfast.
प्रश्न २१६-णिग्गंथिए य गाहावइकुलं पिंडवायपडियाए अणुपविट्ठाए अण्णयरे अकिच्चट्ठाणे पडिसेविए। तीसे णं एवं भवइ-इहेव ताव अहं एयस्स ठाणस्स आलोएमि जाव...तवो कम्म पडिवज्जामि तओ पच्छा पवत्तिणीए अंतियं आलोएस्सामि जाव...पडिवज्जिस्सामि। सा य संपठिया असंपत्ता पवत्तिणी य अमुहा सिया। सा णं भंते ! किं आराहिया विराहिया ?
Q. 216. Bhante! Suppose a nun has gone to a householder to beg, and falls victim to a lapse, and has a reaction, and all that as aforesaid, is she steadfast, or non-steadfast ?
उत्तर २१६-गोयमा! आराहिया णो विराहिया। सा य संपठिया जहा णिग्गंथस्स तिण्णि गमा भणिया एवं णिग्गंथीए वि तिण्णि आलावगा भणियव्वा जाव...आराहिया णो विराहिया।
A. 216. Gautama ! The nun is steadfast, not non-steadfast, except that in place of the word 'senior monk', use the Word 'head nun' (pravartini).
प्रश्न २१७-से केणठेणं भंते ! एवं वुच्चइ-आराहए णो विराहए ?
Q. 217. Bhante ! Why do you say, she is steadfast, not its reverse ?
उत्तर २१७-गोयमा! से जहा णामए केइ पुरिसे एगं महं उण्णालोमं वा गयलोमं वा सणलोमं वा कप्पासलोमं वा तणसूयं वा दुहा वा तिहा वा -संखेज्जहा बा छिदित्ता अगणिकायंसि पक्लिवेज्जा से णुणं गोयमा! छिज्जमाणे छिण्णे पक्खिप्पमाणे पक्खित्ते डज्झमाणे दड्ढेत्ति वत्तव्वं सिया ?
