65. Once we accept these equations, we concede to the clarification they
provide on the principal puzzling point, the date for Kundkundācārya - It can only be better half of the 8th. Cent. A.D. the other enigmas are. by the logic of this new dating resolved. by Amộtacandrācārya who seems to have flourished on well resoned evidence in late ninth and early tenth centry A.D. It seems intriguing even inexplicable as it why on the works of this justly celebrated and for th past thousand years the most venerated Digambra Jaina philosopher saint, -supposed by modern Digambara. Jain writers to ave flourished of the beginning of the Christian (now, 'common') Era, .... no commentries were written for eight or nine centuries that
