के बीज पर निक्षिप्त लेने पर चार गुरु (उपवास), अनंतमिश्र वनस्पति पर अनंतर और परम्पर निक्षिप्त आहार लेने पर मासगुरु (एकासन) प्रायश्चित्त की प्राप्ति होती है। परम्परा-भेद से अन्य आचार्यों के अनुसार प्रत्येक मिश्र वनस्पति पर अनंतर और परम्पर निक्षिप्त लेने पर पणग (निर्विगय) अनंतमिश्र वनस्पति पर अनन्तर और परम्पर निक्षिप्त लेने पर गुरुमास (एकासन) की प्राप्ति होती है। सचित्त प्रत्येक वनस्पति पर अनंतर निक्षिप्त आहार लेने से चार लघु (आयम्बिल), परम्पर निक्षिप्त आहार लेने पर मासलघु (पुरिमार्ध) तथा मिश्र प्रत्येक वनस्पति के अनन्तर निक्षिप्त लेने पर मासलघु (पुरिमार्ध), परम्पर निक्षिप्त लेने पर पणग (निर्विगय), मिश्र अनंतकाय वनस्पति के अनंतर निक्षिप्त लेने पर मासगुरु (एकासन) तथा परम्पर निक्षिप्त लेने पर पणग (निर्विगय) प्रायश्चित्त की प्राप्ति होती हैं। त्रसकाय पर अनंतर निक्षिप्त लेने पर चार लघु (आयम्बिल) तथा परम्पर निक्षिप्त लेने पर मासलघु (पुरिमार्ध) प्रायश्चित्त की प्राप्ति होती है। पिहित दोष-अनंतकाय वनस्पति पर अनंतर और परम्पर पिहित भिक्षा ग्रहण करने पर गुरु पणग (निर्विगय) तथा प्रत्येक वनस्पतिकाय पर अनंतर और परम्पर पिहित भिक्षा ग्रहण करने पर लघु पणग (निर्विगय) प्रायश्चित्त की प्राप्ति होती है। पिहित दोष के अन्तर्गत पृथ्वीकाय आदि से पिहित के प्रायश्चित्त निक्षिप्त द्वार की भांति समझना चाहिए। यदि आत्मविराधना हो जाए तो चार गुरुमास (उपवास) का प्रायश्चित्त आता है। बृहत्कल्पभाष्य के अनुसार अचित्त होने पर भी भारी पदार्थ से पिहित आहार लेने पर चारगुरु (उपवास) प्रायश्चित्त की प्राप्ति होती है। संहृतदोष-संहत दोष का प्रायश्चित्त भी निक्षिप्त दोष की भांति है। सचित्त द्रव्य संहृत करने पर चारलघु (आयम्बिल) प्रायश्चित्त की प्राप्ति होती है। दायक दोष-यद्यपि निषिद्ध दायकों के हाथ से भिक्षा ग्रहण करना अकल्पनीय है लेकिन बिना कारण इनसे ग्रहण करने पर प्रायश्चित्त-विधि का क्रम इस प्रकार है-बाल, वृद्ध, मत्त, उन्मत्त, वेपित (कम्पमान शरीर वाला), ज्वरित-इनके हाथ से भिक्षा ग्रहण करने पर मासलघु (पुरिमार्ध) तथा अंध, कोढ़ी, पादुका और हथकड़ी पहने हुए, हाथ पैर से विकल, नपुंसक, गर्भवती और बालवत्सा–इनके हाथ से ग्रहण करने पर चारगुरु (उपवास) का प्रायश्चित्त आता है।
