पपुराणे भवत्प्रमावक्षतसर्वविघ्नं पाणिग्रहं नाथ मज त्वमस्याः । इत्यर्थनागौरवतश्च वाक्यादियेष लक्ष्मीनिलयो विवाहम् ॥७९॥
मालिनीवृत्तम् क्षणविरचितसर्वश्लाघ्यकर्त्तव्ययोगः पवनपथविहारिस्फीतभूतिप्रपश्नः । अभवदमरसंपत्कल्पितानन्दतुल्यः प्रधनभुवि विशल्यालक्ष्मणोद्वाहकल्पः ॥८॥ इति विहितसुचेष्टाः पूर्वजन्मन्युदाराः परमपि परिजिस्य प्राप्तमायुर्विनाशम् ।
द्रुतमुपगतचारुद्रव्यसंबन्धमाजो विधुरविगुणतुल्या स्वामवस्था मजन्ते ॥८१॥ इत्यार्षे श्रीरविषेणाचार्यप्रोक्त श्रीपद्मचरिते विशल्यासमागमाभिधानं नाम पञ्चषष्टितमं पर्व ॥६५॥
लक्ष्मणने मुसकराते हुए कहा कि जहाँ प्राणोंका संशय विद्यमान है ऐसे युद्ध क्षेत्रमें यह किस प्रकार उचित हो सकता है ? इसके उत्तरमें सबने पुनः कहा कि इसके द्वारा आपका स्पर्श तो हो ही चुका है परन्तु आपको प्रकट नहीं हुआ है ।।७८|| हे नाथ ! आपके प्रभावसे जिसके समस्त विघ्न नष्ट हो चुके हैं ऐसा इसका पाणिग्रहण आप स्वीकृत करो। इस प्रकार लोगोंकी प्रार्थना तथा गौरवपूर्ण वचनोंसे लक्ष्मणने विवाह करनेकी इच्छा की ॥७९॥ तदनन्तर जिसमें क्षणभरमें समस्त प्रशंसनीय कार्योंका योग किया गया था, विद्याधरोंने जिसमें विशाल वैभवका विस्तार प्रदर्शित किया था, और जो देव-सम्पदासे कल्पित आनन्दके समान था ऐसा विशल्या और लक्ष्मणका विवाहोत्सव युद्धभूमिमें ही सम्पन्न हुआ ॥८०॥ गौतम स्वामी कहते हैं कि हे श्रेणिक ! जिन्होंने पूर्वजन्ममें उत्तम आचरण किया है ऐसे उदार पुरुष प्राप्त हुए मरणको भी जीतकर शीघ्र ही उत्तम पदार्थोंके समागमको प्राप्त होते हैं और चन्द्रमा तथा सूर्यके गुणोंके समान अपनी अवस्था को प्राप्त करते हैं ।।८१॥ इस प्रकार भार्ष नामसे प्रसिद्ध, श्री रविषणाचार्य विरचित पद्मचरितमें विशल्याके
समागमका वर्णन करनेवाला पैंसठवाँ पर्व समाप्त हुआ ॥६५॥

**Verse 81:** Gautama Swami said, "O Shrenik! Noble men who have performed good deeds in their previous lives, conquer death and quickly attain the union of excellent things. They achieve a state like the qualities of the moon and the sun."

Thus ends the sixty-fifth chapter of the Padmacharita, composed by Shri Ravishana Acharya, known as the Bhashya, which describes the union of Vishalya.
