भद्रकच्छन्दः'
हंसकुलामफेनपटलप्रभिन्न बहुपुष्पपुञ्जकलितम् । भृङ्गनिनादपूरितवना क्वचिद् विकटसंकटोपलचयैः ॥६३॥

रक्तशिलौघरश्मिनिचिता क्वचिदियममला भाति समुद्यदर्कसमये दिगिव सुरपतेः । भिन्नजला क्वचिच्च हरितैरुपलकरचयैः शैवलशङ्कयागमकृतो विरसयति खगान् ॥ ६६ ॥ हरिणीवृत्तम्
कमलनिकरेष्वत्र स्वेच्छं कृतातिकलस्वनं निभृतपवनासंगात् कम्पेष्वभीक्ष्णकृतभ्रमम् । परमसुरभेर्गन्धाद् वक्त्रात्तत्वेव समुद्गतान् मधुकपटलं कान्ते क्षीवं विभाति रजोरुणम् ॥६७॥ शिखरिणीच्छन्दः
विषिक्तं पाताले क्वचिदिह जलं मुक्तवहनं परं गम्भीरत्वं वहति दयिते ते मन इव । क्वचिन्नीलाम्भोजैरनतिचलितैः षट्पदचितैर्विमर्त्यक्षिच्छायां प्रवरवनितालोकनभवाम् ॥६८॥

समूहको धारण कर रहा है और जो कैलासके समान शुक्लरूपसे सुन्दर है ऐसा इस नदीका जल अत्यन्त सुशोभित हो रहा है ॥६२॥ यह जल कहीं तो हंस समूहके समान उज्ज्वल फेन समूह से युक्त है, कहीं टूट-टूटकर गिरे हुए फूलोंके समूहसे सहित है, कहीं भ्रमरोंके समूहसे इसका कमल वन पूरित है और कहीं यह बड़े-बड़े सघन पाषाणोंके समूहसे उपलक्षित है || ६३|| यह नदी कहीं तो हजारों मगरमच्छों के संचारसे विषम है, कहीं इसका जल अत्यन्त वेगसे सहित है और कहीं यह घोर तपस्वी साधुओंकी चेष्टाके समान अत्यन्त प्रशान्त भाव से बहती है ||६४|| हे शुक्ल दाँतोंको धारण करनेवाली सीते ! इस नदीका जल एक ओर तो अत्यन्त नील शिला समूहकी किरणोंसे मिश्रित होकर नीला हो रहा है तो दूसरी ओर समीप में स्थित सफेद पाषाणखण्डोंकी किरणों से मिलकर सफेद हो रहा है। इस तरह यह परस्पर मिले हुए हरिहर-नारायण और महादेवके शरीर के समान अत्यन्त सशोभित हो रहा है || ६५ || लाल-लाल शिलाखण्डोंकी किरणोंसे व्याप्त यह निर्मल नदी, कहीं तो सूर्योदयकालीन पूर्व दिशा के समान सुशोभित हो रही है और कहीं हरे रंगके पाषाणखण्डको किरणोंके समूहसे जलके मिश्रित होनेसे शेवालकी शंकासे आनेवाले पक्षियोंको विरस कर रही हैं ||६६|| हे कान्ते ! इधर निरन्तर चलनेवाली वायुके संगसे हिलते हुए कमल-समूहपर जो इच्छानुसार अत्यन्त मधुर शब्द कर रहा है, निरन्तर भ्रमण कर रहा है और उसकी परागसे जो लाल वर्णं हो रहा है ऐसा भ्रमरोंका समूह तुम्हारे मुखसे निकली सुगन्धिके समान उत्कृष्ट सुगन्धिसे उन्मत्त हुआ अत्यधिक सुशोभित हो रहा है || ६७ || हे दयिते ! जो अतिशय स्वच्छ
