पद्मपुराणे कृत्वाप्येवं सुबहु दुरितं ध्यानयोगेन दग्ध्वा
सिद्धावासे 'निहितमतयो योगिनस्त्यक्तसंगाः । एवं ज्ञात्वा सुधरितगुणं प्राणिनो यात शान्ति
मोहोच्छेदात् कृतजयरविः प्राप्नुत ज्ञानराज्यम् ॥५७२॥
इत्याचे रविषेणाचार्यप्रोक्त पद्मचरिते वानरवंशाभिधानं नाम षष्ठं पर्व ॥६॥
दूर हट अनुपम सुखसे सम्पन्न मोक्ष स्थानको प्राप्त हुए ॥५७१॥ कितने ही लोगोंने यद्यपि गृहस्थ अवस्थामें बहुत भारी पाप किया था तो भी उसे निर्ग्रन्थ साधु हो ध्यानके योगसे भस्म कर दिया था और मोक्षमें अपनी बुद्धि लगायी थी। इस प्रकार सम्यक्चारित्रके प्रभावको जानकर हे भक्त प्राणियो ! शान्तिको प्राप्त होओ, मोहका उच्छेद कर विजयरूपी सूर्यको प्राप्त होओ और अन्तमें ज्ञानका राज्य प्राप्त करो॥५७२।।
इस प्रकार आर्ष नामसे प्रसिद्ध, रविषेणाचार्य प्रोक्त पद्मचरितमें वानरवंशका
