Continence
षण्ढत्वमिन्द्रियच्छेदं वीक्ष्याब्रह्मफलं सुधीः ।
भवेत् स्वदारसन्तुष्टोऽन्यदारान् वा विवर्जयेत् ॥७६॥ Meaning : Knowing that impotence and castration follow breach of the fourth vow of continence, the wise man should remain faithful to his wife and avoid other women.
रम्यमापातमात्रे यत् परिणामेऽतिदारुणम् । किपाकफलसंकाशं तत्कः सेवेत मैथुनम् ॥७७॥ कम्पः स्वेदः श्रमो मुर्छा भ्रमिग्ानिर्बलक्षयः ।
राजयक्ष्मादिरोगाश्च भवेयुमैथुनोत्थिताः ॥७॥ Meaning : Who would indulge in sexual pleasures that, like fruits of Kimpaka tree, are attractive only superficially but are very dangerous in the end ? By indulging in them, one gets trembling, sweating, exhaustion, swoon, vertigo, dejection, weakness, tuberculosis etc.
योनियन्त्रसमुत्पन्नाः सुसूक्ष्मा जन्तुराशयः । पीड्यमाना विपद्यन्ते यत्र तन्मैथुनं त्यजेत् ॥७९॥

Meaning: Minute bacteria produced in the female reproductive organs are crushed by copulation. Therefore, it should be abandoned.
रक्तजाः कृमयः सूक्ष्मा मदुमध्याधिशक्तयः।
जन्मवर्मसु कण्डूति जनयन्ति तथाविधाम् ॥५०॥ Meaning : Micro-organism of the blood, that are minute, soft, middle-sized, and very strong create itching in the female reproductive organs.
