शक्नुयुः सुखमाहर्तुं हतुं वा दुःखमङ्गिनाम् । देवा यदि ततो घ्नन्ति मृत्युदुःखं निजं न किम् ॥४९॥ भ्रातर्याहि ततः स्वर्गं भुङ्क्ष्व पुण्यफलं निजम् । आयुषोऽन्तेऽहमप्येमि मोक्षहेतुं मनुष्यताम् ॥५०॥ आव तत्र तपः कृत्वा जिनशासनसेवया । मोक्षसौख्यमवाप्स्यावः कृत्वा कर्मपरिक्षयम् ॥५१॥ "आवां पुत्रादिसंयुक्तौ महाविभवसंगतौ । भारते दर्शयान्येषां विस्मयव्याप्तचेतसाम् ॥५२॥ शङ्खचक्रगदापाणिर्मदीयप्रतिमागृहैः । भारतं व्यापय क्षेत्रं मत्कीर्तिपरिवृद्धये ॥ ५३ ॥ इत्यादि वचनं तस्य प्रतिपद्य सुरेश्वरः । सम्यक्त्वे शुद्धिमाख्याप्य भारतं क्षेत्रमागतः ॥५४॥ भ्रातृस्नेहवशो देवो यथोद्दिष्टं स विष्णुना । चक्रे दिव्यविमानस्थॆ चक्रिलाङ्गलदर्शनम् ॥५५॥ वासुदेवगृहैश्चक्रे नगरादिनिवेशितैः । विष्णुमोहमयं लोकं स्नेहार्दिकं वा न चेष्टयते ॥५६॥ ब्रह्मलोकं समासाद्य कृतजैनमहामहः । विन्दन् सुरसुखं सोऽस्थारसुरस्त्रीनिवहावृतः ॥५०॥

उच्चैर्देशस्थितोऽपि प्रतिमयपतनं याति पातालमूलं भुङ्क्ते नैवोपलब्धं विषयसुखरसं सारसंसारसारम् । स्नेहाधिक्यादधीतं स्मरति न तनुभृत्सेवते प्रत्यनीकं

धिक् धिक् स्वर्मोक्षसौख्य प्रतिघमतिघनस्नेहमोहं जनानाम् ॥५८॥
किया है, भाई ! नियमसे उसे वैसा ही फल भोगना पड़ता है ||४८ || देव, यदि दूसरे प्राणियों के लिए सुख देने और दुःख हरनेमें समर्थ हैं तो फिर अपना ही मृत्युरूपी दुःख क्यों नहीं
नष्ट कर लेते हैं ॥ ४९ ॥
इसलिए भाई ! स्वर्गको जाओ और अपने पुण्यका फल भोगो । मैं भी आयुके अन्त में मोक्षका कारण जो मनुष्यपर्याय है उसे प्राप्त करूंगा ॥५०॥ हम दोनों उस मनुष्य पर्याय में तप करेंगे और जिनशासनकी सेवासे कर्मोंका क्षय कर मोक्ष प्राप्त करेंगे ॥ ५१ ॥ हाँ, एक काम आप अवश्य करें कि 'भरत क्षेत्रमें हम दोनोंको लोग पुत्र आदिसे सहित तथा महावैभवसे युक्त देखें और हम लोगों को देखकर दूसरोंके चित्त आश्चर्यसे व्याप्त हो जावें ||१२|| मेरी कीर्तिकी वृद्धि के लिए आप शंख, चक्र तथा गदा हाथ में लिये मेरी प्रतिमाओंके मन्दिरोंसे समस्त भरत क्षेत्रको व्याप्त कर दें' । बलदेवका जीव देवेन्द्र कृष्णके पूर्वोक्त वचन स्वीकार कर तथा उसे सम्यग्दर्शनमें शुद्धता रखनेका उपदेश दे भरत क्षेत्र आया || ५३-५४ || भाईके स्नेहके वशीभूत हुए उस देवने कृष्णका कहा सब काम किया। उसने दिव्य विमानमें स्थित कृष्ण और बलदेवका सबको दर्शन कराया || ५५ ॥ तथा नगर-ग्राम आदिमें बनवाये हुए कृष्णके मन्दिरोंसे संसारको कृष्णविषयक मोहसे तन्मय कर दिया सो ठीक ही है क्योंकि स्नेहसे क्या-क्या चेष्टा नहीं होती है ? ॥५६॥
तदनन्तर देवने ब्रह्मस्वर्गं जाकर जिनेन्द्र भगवान्की पूजा की और वहाँ वह स्त्रियों के समूहसे आवृत हो देवोंके सुखका उपभोग करता हुआ रहने लगा ||५७ || गौतम स्वामी कहते हैं कि देखो स्नेहकी अधिकतासे यह जीव उच्च स्थान में स्थित होता हुआ भी भयपूर्ण पातालके मूलमें जाता है, श्रेष्ट संसारके सारभूत प्राप्त हुए विषयसुखका उपभोग नहीं करता है, पहले अध्ययन किये हुए शास्त्रका स्मरण नहीं रखता है और विपरीत काम करने लगता है इसलिए स्वर्ग और मोक्ष

Being overcome by brotherly love, that god, as instructed by Vishnu, showed everyone the vision of Krishna and Baldeva, seated in a divine chariot. ||55||
