અધ્યાય ૧- સૂત્ર ૩૪ – ૩૫ ઉપર કહેલ દષ્ટિએ ઉપરાંત બીજી પણ ઘણી દૃષ્ટિઓ છે. જીવનના બે ભાગ છે. એક સત્ય જોવાનો અને બીજે તે સત્યને પચાવવાને. જે ભાગ માત્ર સત્યનો વિચાર કરે છે અર્થાત તત્ત્વને સ્પર્શે છે, તે જ્ઞાનદષ્ટિ જ્ઞાનની. અને જે ભાગ તત્ત્વાનુભવને પચાવવામાં જ પૂર્ણતા લેખે છે, તે ક્રિયાદષ્ટિ ત્રિજ્યાનચ. ઉપર વર્ણવેલા સાત ન તત્ત્વવિચારક હોવાથી જ્ઞાનનયમાં આવે, અને તે નયને આધારે જે સત્ય શધાયું હોય તે જીવનમાં મૂર્તિમંત કરવાની તરફેણ કરનાર દૃષ્ટિ તે ક્રિયાદષ્ટિ. ક્રિયા એટલે જીવનને સત્યમય બનાવવું.
