4. Gaņivijjāpainnaya : The manuscripts utilised in preparing the critical edition of this Prakırnaka are five, viz. ATO, O, O, ço and go which we have described above. The go sign is here meant for 'the first manuscript bearing go sign'.
5. Maranavibhattipainnaya : The manuscripts utilised in preparing the critical edition of this Prakirnaka are four, viz. fo, O, ATO and go be first manuscript bearing go sign) which have been already described. In a note on variants of this Prakīrnaka, Muni Shri Punyavijayaji has written that variants like mukkha, humti and karimti found in place of mokkha, homti and karemti have not been recorded.
6. Āurapaccakkhānań [1] : In the presscopy of this Prakırnaka, at one place Muni Shri Punyavijayaji has noted a variant and written a sign o to indicate the manuscript in which the variant is available (see foot-note 1 on page 160). So this manuscript must belong to the Jesalmer Bhandāra. The already described manuscript bearing the sign Ho contains Āurapaccakkhána consisting of 63 gāthās, whereas this concerned Āurapaccakkhāna is abridged. So, taking into consideration the number of gāthās, we can definitely say that the manuscript belonging to the Jesalmer Bhandāra, utilised in critically editing the text of this Prakīrnaka must be the manuscript preserved in the Jesalmer Bhandāra under the serial No. 1326 (47) (see New Catalogue of Manuscripts Jesalmer Collection published by the L. D. Institute of Indology, p. 290). Besides Muni Shri Punyavijayaji has written a remark in the presscopy : 'Jaina Atmānanda Sabhā, through Ratibhai'. This means that one manuscript from the Jaina Ātmānanda Sabhā was obtained by him through Shri Ratilal Deepchand Desai. No manuscript except these two has been referred to by him in his notes.
7. Mahāpaccakkhanapainnaya : The manuscripts utilised in critically editing the text of this Prakārnaka are four, viz. šo, go (the first manuscript bearing go sign), ATO and which are already described.
. 8. Isibhāsiyāim : Dr. Walther Schubring, an authority on Prakrit language, edited the text of this Prakırnaka with introduction and critical notes in German. This forms the first part which was published in den Nachrichten der Akademie der Wissenschaften zu Gottingen in 1942. The learned Doctor utilised many manuscripts for the preparation of this critical edition. The second part contains the commentary. This second part is edited and published by Dr. Waldschmidt.
