________________ TRIMANTRA (Three Mantras) (recitation of these 5 times morning and evening remove obstacles of worldly life) Namo Arihantanam I bow to all who have destroyed their internal enemies, namely Anger, Pride, Attachment and Greed. (Ari means enemy, Hunt means to kill, e.g. Shri Simandhar Swami) Namo Siddhanam I bow to those who have attained Siddh state (have achieved final moksh or liberation, e.g. Lord Ram and Mahavir. Namo Aayariyanam I bow to all the Acharyas (Principals) who have attained selfrealization. Namo Uvazzayanam I bow to all the Upahayays (teachers in the path of Self Realization) who are progressing themselves. Namo Lo ye Savva Sahunam I bow to all the Sadhus in this universe (sadhus are those who have received Atma Gnan and are progressing further along the path of Enlightenment). Eso Pancha Namukkaro, Savva Paavappanasano These five salutations (namaskars) destory all sins (paaps). Mangalanam Cha Savvesim, Padhaman Havai Mangalam Of all that is auspicious, this is the highest. Aum Namo Bhagavate Vaasudevaya I bow to all those who have become Gods from human beings (nar to Narayan). Aum Namah Shivaaya I bow to all beings who are auspicious (These are Self Realized Beings).
