Bhaurabalu swami in his Avashyakaniryukti, Suggests Sadhus to perform Yoga leading to the self-realization. Thus tuo paths are open for you: 1) the spiritual path and 2) the material path. It is upto you to select the right path which can lead you to the state of equanimity, i.e. Samadhi So far as the origin of the Yoga is concernent, Hiranyagarbh is said to be the first exponent of the Yoga discipline. According to the Bhagavadgita, it was Lord Vishuu to expound the Yoga Philosophy to Sun and Mann. Mamu taught it to Ikshwaku, the solur king. After a gap, the same Yogn was revived by Shri Krishua and Arjuna received it from Krish . The Suirites believe Lord Shiva to the SOUTC of logu. Jainas hold that Lord Adisar ivas the first teachur of Yoga. This science of Yoga has actjuired a special significance in modern times as it is only remedy against excessive strife which afflicts the human 1ce.
