Sheth, Kolkata is trying to get original case papers of Piggery Case that was successfully fought by VRG in 1891. Rai Bahadur Badridasji's family where VRG stayed for 6 months to learn Bengali language for presentation of this case and Court proceedings. Narendrabhai has promised, though in ill health, will search out the documents as well as bear the cost. XLI. Rameshchandra Mohanlal Mehta and Harshadbhai are helping Narendra B. Sheth in the above mentioned Sametshikhar Case. Narendra D. Sheth, Rameshchandra M. Mehta, Harshadbhai all from Kolkatta who on VRG Committee's Request made 1 year search/digging for Sametshikhat Piggery. Case/Anmal Slaughter Case won by VRG in 1891 in Kolkatta High Court on Behalf of Anandji Kalyanji. To my thinking Dr. Kumarpal has dug in to in last 3-4 months. Narendrabhai Sheth is friend of Dr. Kumarpal I. Emily Chou, a POWR current official, who sent bibliography of 1893 Parliament Publications. 34
