The commentator prefaces the example with the words: "Ksetränanuyogānuyogayon kubjodāharanam"; and at the end of the example he remarks: Esa ananuogo, tise mandaviyae khettam ceva cimtijjati, vivario anuogo, evam nippadesamegastaniccamegamāgāsm padivajjàvemtassa ananuogo, sappaesādi puna padivajjāvestassanuogo tti/ (Eso'nanuyogah, tasyāh mandapikāyāh ksetrameva cintayediti, viparito'nuyogah, evam nispradesamekāntanityamekamākāśam pratipădyamānasya ananuyogah, sapradeśādi punaḥ pratipădyamānasya anuyoga iti/ Anuyoga' is correct explanation whereas 'ananuyoga' is wrong or false or untrue explanation. The commentator prefaces the example with the words : Dravyparamparake idamudaharanam and adds at the end : Etat prasangena bhanitam, atra istakāparamparakenādhikärah/ - Sanskrit chāyā S. No. 119: The example of 'The Lame and the Blind based on Haribhadra's Vrtti on the Avasyaka-sútra, v. 101-102, pp. 709-716. The andha-pangu-nyāya is very famous in Sanskrit literature.
