Siddhi and adhikara who under the direction of the Supreme Lord may from time to time come down to the lower human world and return to their original habitat after their immediate function is discharged. These cases are analogous to the Paurapika Avatāras or incarnations except that they are not incarnation of the God head but rather the incarnation of Supermen (Siddhas) who though immortal have not yet attained to perfection.
