Raman Pai Chair Visiting Professor at National Institute of Advanced Studies, IISC Campus, Bangalore. He has been a Professor at the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata and has served as Distinguished Visiting Professor in various American and European Universities. Prof. Subhash C. Jain Prof. Subhash C. Jain is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa, USA. He is currently enrolled as a Ph.D. student in the Department of Jainology at the University of Madras, Chennai and is writing his dissertation on the Jain Karma Doctrine and Rebirth. He is keenly interested in deluing into the nature of reality.
