________________ Learning 8. An aspirant should always move about fearlessly. Sixty Four Food Regimen 1. One should shun tasty food in excess for they stimulate the passions. A passionate person is always attracted by the sensual desires just as a bird is attracted by a tree laden with ripe fruits. 281 2. As in a dense forest, a fire fanned by strong winds cannot be extinguished, so also the sensual fire ( as it were) of the person who eats food in excessive quantity can never be extinguished.
