________________ 8 CHAPTER V The Great Birth The soul that rises with us, our life's Star, Hath had else-where its setting, And cometh from afar; Not in entire forgetfulness, And not in utter nakedness, But trailing clouds of glory, do we come From God, Who is our Home. WORDSWORTH. When a great soul is about to became incarnate on earth in flesh and blood, numerous indications appear clearly to the eye of Wisdom. Did not the wise men of Bethlehem foresee the nativity of the Son of God ? Was it not also the case when Lord Krishna was about to be born ? Similarly there were numerous signs or indications that a great birth was about to take place in the palace of Kundalpura. Trisila had some of the sweetest and most auspicious dreams of her life.
