made understand to bring this act like that now this act has become an handy tool for the Government to become the owner of the assets of this sangh. Today the case Sametshikhar is the noticeable evidence of this. The effect of fight within the organization with which the Government takes over the ownership rights of that organization is the replica of 1951 act itself. The fight between two brothers can be decided by the court but cannot give the ownership rights to the government of the organization. But verdict of the court is like high handedness in the matter of Sametshikhar.

The Massive work of Swetamber Sahitya Index
The collection of Panchangi Agam of Sri Swetamber Murti Pujak Tapagachchha is of more than 15 lakhs and whole Srut sahitya is of more than One Crore Sloks. To make index on all this is an Massive project, In future if any lucky person takes up this project then he has to thanked deep fully, and like this detailed index of Granthkar, Tikakar, etc., is not available in Jain Sangh.
The list available in the Bhandas are of distinguishing between the Sweatmber, there Gachchha, Digamber their Gachchhas and Jainetars Granth index. This made by me also includes along with thousands of Sweatember Murtipujak Tapagachchha, Kharatar Gachchha, Aanchal Granths. Sthanakvasi Granths are also included along with Digamber Granths and Jainetra Granths are also present in thousands of number of number in this Index.
The work of making the Hastlikhit prat is of greatness. But also the work of making only the Sweatember Granth Index is Massive, Likewise it is only my wish if somebody great can do this in this century.
To complete the uncompleted Prats
The are lakhs of Prats in the Bhandars that are incomplete, some are damaged from the center. It is necessary for such Prats to be printed or to be hand rotten and completed. For this the desire by the Sangh & Mahatmas can only give the result.
Jain Prats in Foreign
In the Ancient past there were may travelers from the china and England. Buddhists also went to other countries. They took along with them lot of Prats. So it is necessary to bring them back or else have a copy of them, get it written or printed. This is very big and expensive work. It is my dream and ambition from 30 years to send some learned to foreign land and search for the prats and bring them back to India till now it has been realized. There was start of this work by Sri Kanak Vijayji But before giving it to me he had breathed his last. In future who will do this work? In present it is only hope about this.

From Lesture London there was an list of 120 Hastprats that is still only in the memory. In Germany there is Lipjik town where there is an Sanskrit university, from where in 1888 A.D., found was the Scripted Anakarath Kosh's Main Granth and With the Tikaansh of Mahendra Su. Ma. after that in line with 15 thousand sloks of that prat matter was made ready by my Pu. Gurudev and after 800 years it had been published by Sri Harshpuspamrut
