THE PRINCE'S TRUST
The Prince's Trust exists to help young people fulfil their potential. We work with 14 - 30 year olds who face disadvantage - offering them the support, encouragement and basic financial assistance they need to achieve their goals.

Through a variety of programmes across the UK, The Trust aims to help young people develop confidence, learn new skills, get into work and start businesses. We provide long term support to young people who have all the potential, but few of the opportunities, of their peers. We broaden their horizons and can sometimes completely transform their lives.
If you are 14 - 30 and unemployed, under-skilled, within or leaving the criminal justice system or leaving care, The Prince's Trust can help you:
Start your own business. Every year, we help thousands of young people become their own boss, with low interest loans, grants and mentors.
Get into work. Build the basic skills that employers like to see, get a sense of achievement, and make new friends.
Get a grant. Is lack of money and support stopping you? We have a range of awards to help you get training or equipment, or fund your community group project.
Get new skills. We have many ways young people can build current skills or get hold of new ones. You can even see Europe while you're at it, or make inroads into the music business.
Forget your past. Been an offender? The Prince's Trust can help you put your past behind you and get on with what you really want to do.
Leave care. Are you leaving care soon? The Prince's Trust can find you a mentor who'll give you support and guidance when you need it most.
The Prince's Trust has recently established a number of new initiatives, including Respect - It's about time, designed to reach out more effectively to young people from Britain's faith communities.
