INDIA'S $2.5M FOREIGN TRAINING PROGRAMME
India has helped support over 144 countries in Africa, Asia, South America and Eastern Europe in training their civil and military personnel in various technical and economical programmes. So far $2.5m has been spent on the programme and over 25,000 people have been trained. Tanzania is one of its largest beneficiaries, with over 1000 people having benefited. H.E. Dinesh K.
