Jain literature #rich in stories but not so rich in their interpretation and presentation. Si for more over a decade Jain writers, both lay and monks, have tried their hands to present them in modern form. For the benefit of our readers we are presenting a few such stories translated at random. We do not claim that these are the representative stories nor we say that we are able to cover the field. Still, an astitute reader will be able to see the trend in which direction modern story literature of the Jains is moving.
