________________ THE BHARAT JAINA MAHAMANDAL ( THE ALL-INDIA JAINA ASSOCIATION) ESTABLISHED 1899 The Bharata Jaina Mahamandala has given the first impulse to the Jain Institutions and through its organ, the Jaina Gazette, is supplying motive power and vital energy to all Jain Movements. The objects of this Association are :(a) Union and progress of the Jaina community. (b) Propagation of Jainism, It is therefore the religious duty of every Jaina 1. To acquire rights of membership of the Association. 2. To subscribe to the Gazette, the only paper in the Jaina community which is edited in English and has a foreign circulation. 3. To establish a branch of the Association in every province, town and village. 4. To subscribe to the general funds of the Association on ceremonial and other occasions.
