1. Family rate covers husband & wife and up to two unmarried children. Kids upto age 5 are free. 2. The Registration fee is based on Per Person Rates. The family of 3 or 4 will pay family rates. Additional members or other relatives
will be charged at individual rates. Registration fee includes programs and meals. 3. The registration dates apply to dates stamped by the post office and not the check date. 4. 75% refund can be claimed only upto May 31. It is the LAST DATE of pre-registration. 5. Most programs are at Sheraton. A block of rooms and suites are reserved at Sheraton.Ph: (610) 337-2000 6. Receipt of confirmed registration will be mailed to you. Please bring it to Registration desk. It is a must! 7. Registrant is required to bring driver's license or passport for identification purposes. 8. Registration begins 9:00 a.m. on Friday July 2, 1999. The programs starts Friday afternoon [Marriage Information Service (MIS),
Reunions, Cruise, Exhibitions etc.) and concludes Monday afternoon [Sahitya Sammelan, Reunions, Closing Ceremony etc). Please
buy our Raffle Tickets through your center. 9. You need to fill a separate Candidate Information Form to participate in Marriage Information, 10. The cruise is scheduled for 18-40 age group on Friday and/or Saturday, and is charged at $ 50. First come first served basis.
