Fasting: (beasnu): why we fast (spiritual and health reasons) Pooja: how and why, explanation of various poojas. Jain festivals: explanation of Mahavir Jayanti, Paryushan etc. Jainism and other religion Careers: Q & A booths with professionals from various sectors Vegetarian and healthy cooking Yoga: why and how we do it
