Mandirs outside India have to be centers of teaching and learning of Hindu Dharmic scriptures, philosophy, traditions, rituals and culture. The HMEC provides a platform for the Mandir executives to share their knowledge, wisdom and best practices so as to build on each other's experiences and achievements.
