________________ शिलालेख-१०५ The possession of the said land was handed over to the Jain Swetamber Murti Pujak Sangh of Bijapur and the Jain Sangh began construction work of compound etc, on the said two pieces of land near the Rata Mahavir Jain Temple and the management of the said land is being looked after by the said Jain Sangh. I say that I have no personal interest in the said two pieces of land and that the same belong to the absolutely to Jain Swetamber Murti Pujak Sangh of Bijapur for the purpose of constructing buildings like Dharamshala, well and a garden etc. for Rata Mahavir Jain Temple at Hathundi, Bijapur. The description of land comprised in the said Patta is as follows: (1) A piece of land admeasuring in width and length 4 bighas adjoining and in front of Mahavir Jain temple and back of Hanuman Temple to the extent of North front wing of old Dharamshala situated at Hathundi within the limits of Bijapur. (2) A vacant piece of land on the river side and opposite the land described firstly, admeasuring in length and width 3 Bighas with a old Bavdi therein.
