preservation of their culture, religion and tradition to be highly difficult. It is at these places that are beyond the reach of foot-journey undertakers that this order reaches. Preaching the sermons of Lord Mahavira and inculcating social and spiritual values at these places is a remarkable job of this order. Thus is can be conclusively said that journey by means of any transportation aims at-.
a. Covering wider areas geographically. b. Bringing conviction in culture protection. C. A bias free talk among Jain and non-Jain classes.
Long trips by every group consisting of four is undertaken in the country encompasses the entire state assigned to it generally in a stipulated time of ten months. Every village, town and city of a given state is visited. Thus state wise the whole country is covered by various groups moving in country.
At present in abroad there are five well-established centres at New-jersey, Huston, London, Florida, (Mayami), Orlando.
Their annually set programmes are carried without interruption. The major programmes include.
a. Preksha Meditation classes b. Yogic posture and breathing exercise. C. Savadyaya (canonical and post canonical studies) d. Interfaith programme.
e. Speech and lectures at different universities and institutions.
At abroad it is group of two that manages the entire programme. Nearly 1000 long trips at various centres of India have been undertaken till the date. Numerous short
